From Fort Sully in Dakota comes the cheerful information that another blizzard is on its way from the far Northwest and that it is likely to prove as bad as the late one which destroyed at least two hundred human beings. It is to be hoped that it will take a more northerly route and not give Florida any sample of its refrigerating powers. Florida literature would be interesting reading in Dakota this winter. Just as a starter the thermometer had gone down to fifteen degrees below zero at Fort Sully yesterday evening.
