Fails In Three Attempts To Die

By United Press Leased Wire

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 7—Frank Elliott, 42, has given suicide up as a bad job.

After a quarrel with his wife today, Elliott went automobile riding with Bert Steiner, a friend. Suddenly Elliott leaped from the machine and rolled over and over.

Finding he was almost unhurt, he rolled into the path of another machine. Still very much alive after the second car passed over him, Elliott rolled under a moving taxicab. The driver and Steiner took him to emergency hospital.

"Cuts and bruises," said the doctors.
