Enlisted Men to Get Special Air Training
MOORE FIELD, May 11-(Spl)
Eight enlisted men from Memphis, now stationed at Moore Field, new air force advanced flying school, left this air base last week for Sheppard Field, Texas, where they will attend a course in air mechanics. After approximately three months of training they will return to Moore Field.
They are: Pvt. Francis E. Hardewker, 557 North Sixth street; Pvt. John W. Ryan, 660 Jefferson street; Pvt. Walter Lucy, 2104 Herbert avenue; Pvt. Harry C. Kuerz, 715 North Parkway avenue; Pvt. James D. Ezzell, 64 South Third street; Pvt. Charles W. Waters, 762 Barrett Place; Pvt. Roger T. Sanderson, 1441 North Parkway; Pvt. Joel E. Choate, 1463 North Trezevant street; and Pvt. Marvin R. Hardy, route 3.
