IS DECLARED VOID
WASHINGTON, D. C., May 29.—
(Special to the Appeal.)—The United States supreme court today decided that the merger of the interests of the Southern and Central Pacific railroad systems was a violation of the Sherman act, and that body has ordered a separation of the interests.
The Oakland mole, several ferry boats and electric lines belong to the Central Pacific.
