They write from Cadiz, that from certain Circumstances they collect, the Court has not lost Sight of the Design against Algiers, which was only postponed 'til the Treaty was concluded for securing the Tranquillity of Italy. Some very experienced Officers and Engineers have been invited from Malta, who are well acquainted with the Place and the Moors Manner of Fortifying and Fighting, and others who have had Opportunity of getting Intelligence on that Head are encouraged to give in Memorials, notwithstanding that it is thought nothing will be actually undertaken before next Summer.
