U. S. Senators from Delaware.—The Legislature of Delaware elected on the 12th inst. two Senators to Congress. The first ballot was to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of the Hon. N. Van Dyke. H. M. Ridgely was elected: the votes being for Mr. R. 16; T. Cooper 4; D. Rodney 2; Mr. McLane 2; and 5 blanks.

On the choice of Senator for six years from the 4th of March next, the vote stood, Louis Mc. Lane Esq 20, Thomas Clayton 5, and 3 scattering. Both of the Senators elect are opposed to the present national administration.
