Full Text

An Interesting Relic.—There has recently arrived from the manufactory of Messrs. Kerr, Binns & Co., Worcester, England, a very interesting contribution of china, consisting of the following articles: A dessert service, illustrating the "Midsummer Night's Dream"—various beautiful porcelain statuettes; also, a copy of the celebrated Shakespeare jug, which is a fac simile of the original which belonged to Shakespeare, and has been in the possession of his descendants up to the present time. We understand that Mr. Burton, who is known to be an enthusiastic admirer of Shakespeare, was the first to secure a copy of the interesting relic, and we have no doubt that many admirers of the great poet will visit the Crystal Palace when the above circumstance is made known to the public.
