Capt. Hunt, from Charlestown in South-Carolina, informs us, that the ship Britannia, Capt. Ball, arrived there from London a few days before he sailed, and that a passenger who came into the vessel had in a clandestine manner got on board 8 chests of tea, which the Capt. on his arrival made known to the committee, who soon caused the gentleman to order his India commodity to be thrown into the sea;

that Capt. Moore arrived there from Philadelphia the 4th of Nov. with the Delegates from the Congress, who were received by their fellow citizens with the ringing of bells, &c. and that on the fifth of November the inhabitants of Charlestown gave up most of the tea they had in their houses to be burnt in one general bonfire.
