Money Stolen. A bundle containing $4300 in Bank Bills, [of the Merchants and Asiatic Banks in Salem, and Suffolk Bank in Boston] was forwarded from this town on Thursday last, by a gentleman of this town, to the Suffolk Hotel in Boston, for the purpose of being forwarded to Dunstable, N. H. The package was left at the bar of the Hotel in the evening, and in the morning, it was found to be stolen! A reward of 500 dollars has been offered for the recovery of the money and detection of the thief, or four hundred dollars for the money alone, by George and Thomas Searle, agents for the Nashua Manufacturing Company, to whom it belonged.—Salem Reg.

The money has since been found concealed in a crevice in the cellar.

Left at the hotel bar in the evening, it was discovered stolen the next morning. The money belonged to the Nashua Manufacturing Company.
