We regret that it was decided at our annual school meeting to have only eight months school this year. It is true that there is a lamentable falling off in attendance toward the close of the school year; yet, we believe that this is due to other causes than a term of too great length. The question is certainly one which may be discussed with profit, and the educational column of THE GRAPHIC is open for its ventilation. The editor of that column will be glad to hear from both patrons and teachers on either side of the question.
