Women Charge Operator Failed to Wind Up Estate

Mrs. Clara Westmoreland and her daughter, Kathleen, Saturday charged that Roy Westmoreland, their son and brother, has refused to wind up the partnership affairs of an 1100-acre ranch he operated in conjunction with his father, C. H. Westmoreland.

The charge was contained in their answer to a complaint recently filed by Roy, in which he charged his mother and sister made it impossible to operate the ranch by impounding the funds needed for its operation.

Mrs. Clara Westmoreland and her daughter requested the court to make all necessary orders to terminate ranch operations so that the estate of C. H. Westmoreland, of which Mrs. Westmoreland is executrix, can be settled.

At the same time Mrs. Westmoreland asks that promissory notes totaling $19,940.82 signed by Roy be declared a lien against his share of the partnership property, and Miss Westmoreland makes a similar request relative to a $5000 note held by her and signed by Roy.
