FRIDAY, December 25.

BOSTON.

We hear from Grafton, that the Rev. Mr. Aaron Hutchinson, on account of alienations of affections in some of his people, arising from the unhappy disputes between him and some of his brethren, lately earnestly asked, with strong reasons pressed, and with great struggles, at length obtained an honourable dismission from pastoral relation, by the unanimous advice of an ecclesiastical council and by a major vote of the brethren of the church present: Whereupon his pastoral relation was declared to be dissolved, in the presence of the Council; and is likely to remain so, notwithstanding the town have hitherto refused their concurrence.
