To the Printers,
I BELIEVE every Friend to Liberty must feel the indignity and Insult which has been offered to our patriotic Brethren of New-Hampshire, by those Tools of Tyranny the East-India Company, who have had the superlative Impudence to send out their noxious Tea to a People, who they knew had solemnly resolved that none should be landed among them. This infamous Conduct of the India Company, is a full Demonstration that they have abandoned Liberty, Justice and Honor; and that they imagined the noble Sons of New-Hampshire were as servile and base as themselves---but Thanks to Heaven, the People of that Province have given a Demonstration to the World, that they are born in Freedom, and in Freedom they will live; they have banished from their free Land the dutied and detested Tea. May Heaven reward these Patriots with perpetual Liberty---may all Americans imitate their Example, and share with them in Freedom.
