NEW YORK -- Appointment, effective immediately, of Mrs. Isobel Chisholm Clark, as National Urban League Assistant director for administration, a newly created post, has been announced by Whitney M. Young, Jr., NUL executive director.
Mrs. Clark will work with United Funds and Community Chests in developing increased support of the Urban League from those organizations.
Her duties also will include preparation of interpretive material on UL service in local communities and marshalling volunteer leadership in non-League cities, Mr. Young said.
