Baldwin Appoints Joy To Marketing Group

Henry F. Joy of Woodstock, poultryman and orchardist, was last week appointed by Gov. Raymond E. Baldwin as a member of the Connecticut Marketing Authority, to fill out the unexpired term of John C. Labelle. Mr. Joy is a past president of the Windham County Farmers Association, of which he has just been reelected treasurer, and has served as vice-president of the Connecticut Farm Bureau Federation.

During recent years he has become recognized as one of the better known and leading agriculturists in the state.
