Milledgeville, Nov. 8.
The Georgia Legislature assembled on Monday. The Governor's Message was sent in on Tuesday. It is very voluminous, and chiefly devoted to State matters. It recommends the Legislature to provide for calling a State Convention in case Congress rejects the application of Kansas for admission into the Union on the grounds of its being a slave state, in which case the Governor advises a disruption of the Union, but earnestly hopes that the patriotism of the North will avoid such a calamity.
