Supreme Court.—Charles G. Nelms, of Anson County, has been admitted to County Court practice. The following Cases have been argued since our last:

Monday 19. State v. Henry, from Rutherford argued by the Attorney General for the State.—White p. Thompson et al. from Onslow, by Bryan, for the Plaintiff. Den ex dem. Mathews et al. v. Smith et al. from Rutherford, by Caldwell for the Defendant. Den ex dem. Duncan et al. v. Hill, from Buncombe, by Burton for the Defendant,—Shune v. Wilcox, from Halifax, by Badger for the Plaintiff and Daniel for the Defendant.

Tuesday 20. Terrel et al v. Morris et al. from Rutherford, argued by Badger for the Defendants.
