A new residence which will enhance the value of property on Quality Hill is to be erected by Councilman Leo McCormack. Some time ago Mr. McCormack purchased two large lots opposite the residence of Donald Sinclair. For the past two weeks he has had a couple of men grubbing off the property. This week excavations were begun preparatory to building a residence, and the next step will be the pouring of cement for a concrete foundation. The building will be 28x52 feet, two stories, and will face on Reid street. It will be an attractive home with an unusually large yard. C. A. Carlson has the contract.
