Full Text

Few people know it and no one has said it yet, but the House un-American Committee is squatting on its 1949 star stool—as in pigeon.

Wiping off its cold sweat after the pumpkin fiasco nearly cost the committee’s life. The witch-hunters will now try the broken family technique.

RUTH EISLER, sister of GERHARDT, will be used to put the dirty finger on more liberals in a scare designed to out-Whitaker the Chambers deal.

What will not appear in the record is that Ruth has been out of contact with brother Gerhardt for years, and what she knows she reads in the papers.

The two have been in a political feud of long standing. This will not be the first time Sister Ruth has fought her end of the feud by swinging the ax publicly with government sponsorship.
