By a Vessel arrived last Week from Baltimore, in Maryland, we are informed, that a few Days before they sailed, a Couple of infamous Informers were taken up about 5 o'clock, P. M. for informing against a Brig and a Sloop, and then ordered to depart the Town in 24 Hours. We hear they were genteely disciplined, tarr'd and feather'd, and carted about Town 'till Night, at almost every Part of the Town, and they d--n'd those who were the Cause of their Just Treatment----The next Day it being reported they had returned, diligent Search was made after them, but to no effect; and 'twas reported that they had set out for the supposed receptacle for such Vagrants, viz. BOSTON, where no Doubt, from the pacifick Disposition of the Inhabitants they will find an Asylum of Security.
