Admiral Smith will hoist his Flag on Board the Royal Sovereign. The Union, which he was on Board for some Time, is going into Portsmouth Dock to be fitted for the Sea; which, as soon as done, an Admiral, who is to have the Command of the Channel Fleet, will hoist his Flag on Board. She is esteemed one of the finest 90 Gun Ships in the Navy.
