BOSTON, March 4.

The following paragraph is taken from a late London paper—"ROBERT MORRIS, Esq. the late Financier General of the American States, has been recently elected Senator in the new government of that continent for six years. He has also a ship now arrived at Philadelphia, worth upwards of four hundred thousand dollars, from the East: and another frigate arrived from Canton, which has made a voyage round North Holland, completed in fifteen months, to the surprise of every person, and with most astonishing success."
