In the beginning of last week arrived in this city, Mr. Keeler from Paris, with dispatches from the French directory to Benjamin Franklin Bache, Printer of the Aurora, under the seal of Mr. Talleyrand, which Mr. Keeler punctually delivered.

He brought also a letter from Mr. Talleyrand, under seal to a gentleman at New-York, which he also delivered at that city. The state paper printed in the Aurora on Saturday last, being Mr Talleyrand's letter to our envoys, was a part of these dispatches, and what the residue are has not yet transpired.

On Thursday last the Executive received a letter from our Envoys at Paris, dated in April, which was accompanied with Mr. Talleyrand's letter to them and their reply, which are very voluminous, and were this day communicated to Congress by the President.
