TATANWIN

A group of 10 girls from the sixth grade have enjoyed a fun filled year in their Camp-fire group.

They chose as their Indian name, Tatanwin, which means: growing and working together for the purpose of preparing themselves to help others.

Some of their projects include: a study on the art of good-grooming and make-up; making valentine boxes for two school class rooms; making puppets and planning their puppet show.

The girls are now working on an interesting skit based on Indian background.

Interested participation creates a desirable atmosphere in which to work or play. We have found our campfire group is an enjoyable experiment which is bound to succeed.
