A letter from Leghorn, dated June 18th, says: Advices received here from Corsica inform that the Corsicans have received great quantities of arms and military stores from England, and that some British ships are cruising round that island. These letters add that a body of those islanders being posted under Furiani, near Bastia, with orders to attack the French if they went out of their lines, a smart rencounter happened between them, in which the French had 150 men killed. The Corsicans keep a very watchful eye over the places which the French are in possession of."
