Plays Havoc With Gins.

This night rider business is playing havoc with the ginners wherever threats have been made to burn gins. This threat annuls the insurance policies, where policies exist. But even if the threat did not do this the stopping of the gin would do the same thing. As a clause states the policy is in force only when the gin is being operated. But a threat of incendiarism cancels the policy. So there you are.

The ginner is left unprotected, and at the mercy of the men who threaten destruction to his property.

This is anarchism, and should be dealt with harshly in this country, where anarchism should not be allowed to take root.
