Bradford Case Set For June 21

The case of Harry Bradford of Heber, scheduled to come before Judge I. Mayfield for jury trial yesterday afternoon, has been continued until Tuesday, June 21 at 9:30 o'clock. Bradford is charged with unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor.

Bradford was arrested following a visit to his place by a federal agent, a quantity of alleged intoxicants being seized. He had been arrested about six weeks previous but managed to get by with a suspended sentence on a $200 fine when he entered a plea of guilty.

Ernest Utley is appearing for the defendant while Edward H. Law is in charge of the prosecution.
