WASHINGTON, May 11.—Beginning Monday, May 13th, additional railway postoffice service will be established on the line of the Chesapeake and Ohio, and the Virginia Midland railroads between Washington, D. C., and Cincinnati, Ohio, via Huntington, W. Va., forming a through line of railway postoffice service in apartment cars between the cities named. Additional railway postoffice service will also be placed on the line of the Chesapeake and Ohio railroad between Richmond, Va., and Clifton Forge, Va.
