The government horse breeding station at Buffalo, Johnson county, Wyo. will be brought to Laramie July 1, and consolidated at the experiment station stock farm with the Agricultural College. The station now has sixty head of American standard-bred horses of the racing type, headed by an imported English sire. The horses will be in charge of Capt. Earl I. Krantz, formerly connected with the remount department of the United States army, and James Hutton, formerly of Fort Collins, who has been connected with government horse-breeding station for the last twenty five years.
