Genuine $11 Bill In Real U. S. Money

PHILADELPHIA, (AP)—An $11 bill—genuine American money—turned up in Philadelphia today.

Miss Lillian Knoff, a federal government secretary, has the odd bill which one stamp and coin dealer here said might be worth many thousands of dollars, depending on what a collector might want to pay for it.

The bill has the $1 "Washington face" and the seal back of a $10 bill. Miss Knoff said she didn't know where or how she got it, but discovered it among the bills in her wallet several weeks ago.

She's been carrying it as a souvenir ever since unaware until last night of its value.
