LONDON, July 27- Clement R. Attlee plunged into work as head of Britain's first Labor government in fourteen years, and he is pledged to give top priority to the finish of the war with Japan.
There is a general belief here he will return to the Big Three conference at Potsdam during the week-end.
A British Press Association correspondent said that Churchill will probably not return to the Potsdam talks and added that Eden "will not, of course, go back to Germany." Triumphant Laborites, holding thirty-nine of forty seats in Commons appeared settling down to a long term of office, possibly the full statutory five years.
