NICK STRON,
Chief Engineer G. H. F. D.
On motion of Trustee Dancby it was
ordered that all moneys, books and pa-
pers belonging to the town of Gold Hill
be handed over to the County Commis-
sioners as soon as the Treasurer can fix
his books and all warrants allowed at
this meeting are paid. Also, it was or-
dered that the Town Marshal, Clerk and
Attorney turn over all books and papers
in their possession belonging to the
town to the County Commissioners.
Trustee Mercer and Clerk Hyde were
instructed to transfer all the town prop-
erty (as per inventory) to the County
Commissioners.
There being no other business, Trus-
tee Dancby in a few appropriate remarks
moved that a vote of thanks be tendered
to President Fox and President (pro
tem.) Mercer for the able manner in
which they have presided on all occa-
sions.
Trustee Mercer replied by saying that
the unity of feeling which has existed at
all times among the members of the
Board made the duties of presiding
officer light and pleasant. He thanked
the members for this mark of courtesy
shown to President Fox and himself,
and hoped the good feeling now existing
would continue to bind them together as
inseparable friends.
The Board then adjourned sine die.
