THE IOWA ELECTION.

The information from this State is not very contradictory. The Hawkeye (Whig) says that the Whigs have elected 20 members of the House, and 7 members of the Senate, wanting three more to make a majority on joint ballot, whilst they feel certain of obtaining at least four more. On the other hand, the Burlington Reporter (Dem.) claims to have returns from the whole State, and says the Locofocos have elected 12 members of the Senate, and 19 of the House; the Whigs, 7 Senators and 20 Representatives. Making an Administration majority of four on joint ballot. The Administration Governor and Members of Congress it seems to be conceded are elected.
