DISPUTE BREAKS UP CONGO "UNIFY" MEET
LULUABOURG, Belgian Congo- (ANP) - The jointly sponsored congress to unify all political parties in the Congo broke up last week in a dispute over the method used to adopt a resolution which read: "The congress hopes for the formation of a Congolese government in 1960." The Congress union accused the Congolese National movement of getting the resolution adopted precipitately while holding a temporary majority. Representatives of 48 political groups attended the meeting.
