with first places in the high jump, broad jump low and high hurdles.

In the low hurdles race, Garland set a new Saints' record with a mark of 21.4

Joe Garland, son of Mr and Mrs. R. E Garland, of Farmville has been setting a fast pace while leading the St Christopher's scholastic track team to an early season fine record

St Christophers has also whipped Hopewell High while losing recently over Manchester High, Garland has been consistently broad jumping over 20 feet, an achievement which will bring him many points in scholastic meets

In the Saints' 73-26 victory recently over Manchester High, Garland chipped in with 20 points!
