Mt. Calvary's Famed Choirs In
Wheat Street Musical November 2

THRONGS EXPECTED
TO ATTEND

Plans have been completed for one of the greatest musical attractions ever witnessed here. The Border's Courtesy Guild will present Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church's famed Choirs No. 1 and No. 2 in a grand musicale at Wheat Street Baptist Church, Thursday night, November 2, at 8 o'clock.

From advance reports, throngs of people will jam the edifice on that night to hear these render a high class musical ranging from Spirituals, Congregationals, Classical and Gospel songs, assorted with other interesting features.

BOTH PASTORS ACTIVE

Both of the pastors, Drs. Borders, Wheat Street, and B. J. Johnson, Greater Mt. Calvary, stated that the members of both congregations are doing a swell job in selling tickets for the thrilling event. Tickets are selling in advance for 25 cents, and will sell at the door on the night of the affair at 50 cents. They are selling like "hot cakes" and a big crowd is expected.

Atlantans are especially urged to see Mrs. B. J. Johnson direct- ing the choir. She will be good and an attraction herself. The finishing touch is being whipped into each member of the choirs under the personal direction of Mrs. Johnson two nights each week, and Mrs. Johnson says "It must be good."

TO BE THRILLING EVENT

Music lovers will miss a real treat if they fail to see and hear the performances of these choirs, which easily rank with the best in the nation. Interest in the coming musicale is mounting and gaining in conspicuous enthusiasm as the time for the great event approaches.
