SUPREME COURT.

February 11.—All the Judges present.

Mr. Wright finished his argument in the case of Osborn and others vs. the Bank of the United States.

The case of the United States vs. The Margarete, was argued by the Attorney General and Gen. Winder, for the appellant, and by Mr. Ogden, for the appellee.

The case of the United States vs. the schooner St. Jago de Cuba, and cargo, was argued by the Attorney General for the appellant, and by Gen. Winder for the appellee.

The following gentlemen have been admitted Counsellors of this Court:—Elisha A. Brown, Richard Wallack, B. F. H. Witherell, George A. Shauffeldt.

February 13.—The argument in the case of Smith vs. M'Iver, was concluded by Mr. Eaton, for the appellant.

The case of Mullan, and others, vs. Tyrrel, was argued by Mr. Jones, for the plaintiff.

Waldron vs. Craig and Ross, was argued by Mr. Taylor, for the plaintiff.
