BOSTON. Feb. 10.

The dearth of news from Europe, at the present moment, is unparalleled in the barrenness of winter offices.-For almost an hundred days have the public stood on the tip-toe of expectation of news from the Extra-Envoys of the United States, sent to France. We have vigilantly watched every avenue of information, and had the mortification to see issuing therefrom only vague conjectures and slimy opinions. Whatever may be the issue of the attempt at negotiation, we are impatient to hand it to the public, determined, that the truth shall be known,
