Community of Property.—The principle of agrarianism does not appear to carry such mighty terror to the hearts of the Boston gentry, after all; that is, when the balance is on the right side. One of the Transcript says.—"It was said on 'Change to-day that at the present prices of Maine lands, the townships belonging to Massachusetts would sell for a sum sufficient to give each legal voter in the Commonwealth $43,000. We move they be sold, and the proceeds divided. We will sell out for thirty three and a third per cent. discount. Here's a chance for speculation. Don't all speak at once."
