Mining News from Arizona.

Prescott, January 4th. - Reports from Yavapai county are very favorable. The owners of the Vesuvius mine made a clean up a few days since of $1,656 from eighteen tons of their ore. The gold brings $18 per ounce in Prescott.

The Miner says there is $30,000 in gold dust now in Prescott, which has been taken out within the last month. Owners of claims, who have done the necessary work to hold their ground, have commenced to notify delinquent shareholders that they must pay up or lose their interests.
