JOSEPHINE TERRANOVA IS DECLARED TO BE SANE

Report Made This Morning

NEW YORK, May 29.—The commission of specialists, who for several days have examined Josephine Terranova in the endeavor to ascertain whether she was sane or insane, brought in a report this morning. They find the girl sane. Judge Scott after this announcement ordered the trial to proceed.

The girl was overjoyed when she heard the report of the commission. She had understood the specialists had found her mentally unsound.

When the trial was resumed the prosecution called further witnesses in rebuttal.
