Mansfield, O., March 22. - The union lockout at the Eclipse stove works is developing in interest. The sixty union men of the city called at the stove works for the purpose of holding a conference with the non-union men brought by the proprietors from Hamilton and Cincinnati. The managers became alarmed and ordered the locked-out men to retire, which they did. After the unsuccessful attempt at holding a conference one of the non-union men said the proprietors purchased for each man a large revolver, and instructed them to use them when necessary.
