Six independent colleges make up the Atlanta University Center. This affiliation strengthens their program and allows internal cooperation so as to make possible a wider range of education for its student body. Under stated conditions, courses in each institution are open to qualified students in any of the six colleges. There is also an interchange of faculty. Library facilities at the Trevor Arnett Library at the Atlanta University, shown above, are available to students in all the colleges. Graduates of the Atlanta University Center serve their communities in every state in the United States and in some 25 foreign countries. Students from practically every state in America and 18 foreign countries make up the more than 4,000 enrollment. We salute the Atlanta University Center for its past and present leadership and its forward looking policies of cooperation. Its influence has been felt throughout our city, county and state for almost a century. Our heartiest congratulations go to this outstanding center of education.
