CASTLES IN THE AIR

It's funny to build castles
I mean castles in the air
'Cause some'll come along
Who doesn't even care--
They'll tease, pamper and taunt you
Maybe they'll bring you to tears-
You'll see your castles crumbling
That you built in so many years.

Some people think it unwise
And maybe you do too
Have you ever planned your future?
Has it ever made you blue?
The castles you plan and build there
Are the glories of a later day
It's terrible to have them crum- ble and take your joy away.
