Mich. contracted with the corporation Feb. 1 for joint retiming, standard overtime, two 10-minute rest periods per shift, 2 hours call-in pay, joint establishment of shop rules, transfers subject to union consent, back pay if unjustly laid off or discharged, and a provision (Art. 4 Sec. 1) that "no probationary employee shall engage in any anti-union activity." The agreement was signed for Local 767 by Harry L. Phipps, H. G. Dowell and Joseph Cheney, and for the UAW-CIO spring council by Adam H. Fredericks, Harvey Jackson, Gerald Phillips and George Hoard.
