A large number of prizes were distributed as rewards of merit. This ceremony, which imparted a great deal of pleasure to the young people, was accompanied with singing, in which the young choristers were very successfully and judiciously directed by Captain John F. C. Potts. The whole affair passed off to the general satisfaction and pleasure of those present.
An election of officers for the ensuing year then took place, resulting as follows: R. H. Bosher, superintendent; A. P. Fox, assistant superintendent; L. H. Frayser, librarian; C. H. Ryland, treasurer; and Mr. Haynes, secretary.
This Sunday school is very flourishing; its record shows the largest attendance of any of the schools in the State.
