AT IT AGAIN.

Dominion Cutter Seizes American Vessels,

GLOUCESTER, MASS., July 25. A telegram received today from U. S. Consul Carleton, at Souris Pei, stating that the seines and boats, with all the crew of the schooners Col. J. H. Grace and Argonaut, were seized yesterday off the coast of Point Pei by the dominion cutter Critic. The vessel's boats were close in-shore when the cutter appeared, with seines set in the water. Vessels cleared out and escaped the cutter, but before the boats could escape they were seized. There was only one man left in the vessels, and it is thought they will be seized before getting home, as they will have to put in for assistance.
