The Women's Club of Farmville will celebrate its 35th anniversary on Wednesday evening, February 1. The dinner meeting at Longwood House at 6:30 will honor the Club's past presidents and charter members. Mrs. Horace Adams will give a history of the Club, and M. H. Bittinger will be guest speaker.

Mrs. T. W. Bloomfield (Phone 602) and Mrs. C. F. Wilson (Phone 467) are handling reservations. Members may bring guests and it is hoped that many husbands will be present.

Past club presidents who are expected include Mesdames W. E. Anderson, J. P. Wynne, P. T. Atkinson, E. Hunter Nichols, Horace Adams, T. A. McCorkle, W. C. Fitzpatrick, F. R. Crawford, Todd Smith Carter, W. W. McClintic, Joel Watkins, Jr., and Miss Lillian Minkel. Mrs. William Gills, Mrs. James Grainger and Mrs. W. E. Anderson, the three living charter members, are likewise expected for the occasion.
