Another Town.

Near Fort Riley is the site of a prospective town named Millard, about 180 miles from the mouth of the Kansas river.—Recently a company from Cincinnati and Kentucky have taken hold of the matter, and are pushing improvements rapidly. Mr. A. L. Green, the President of the Association, recently left Cincinnati for the location, with a number of mechanics as settlers, with building materials of all kinds, and other necessaries to a new settlement. It is said the site is an excellent one.
