We hear that the learned Dr. Hody left, after the Decease of his Relict, Ten Exhibitions to Wadham-College, Oxon. These Exhibitions, which are to be Septennial, are to consist of Ten Pounds per Annum each, and were intended to assist young Gentlemen, whose Genius disposes them to the Study of the Oriental Languages. Tis said, that the Regius Professors of Greek and Hebrew in that University, and the Warden of Wadham, are the Electors; and that by the Death of Mrs. Hody, which lately happen'd, they are actually fallen to the said College.
